Captain Beefheart & The Magic Band - The Legendary A&M Sessions 1966 (EP)

VENENO EM DOSE HOMEOPÁTICA!! CURTO MAS COM EFEITO GARANTIDO COM APENAS CINCO FAIXAS!! É O CHAMADO "EP" OU "MINI-ALBUM"!! SÃO QUATRO SINGLES DA BANDA E MAIS UMA MUSICA GRAVADA TODAS NO MESMO ANO DE 1966!! ESSE EP FOI LANÇADO APENAS EM 1984 E É UM DISCO MUITO LEGAL DE SE OUVIR, PRINCIPALMENTE SE GOSTA DE BLUES GARAGEIRO E DE UMA BOA RARIDADE!! A PRODUÇÃO DO DISCO É DE "DAVID GATES OF BREAD"!! UM EP RARÍSSIMO E ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO DO GRANDE "CAPTAIN BEEFHEART" E SUA BANDA MÁGICA LÁ NA SUA FASE INICIAL E OBSCURA DA CARREIRA MUSICAL!!

"Legendary A&M Sessions" features four tracks taken from the band's earliest singles in 1966, and a fifth track recorded in the same year.

Released in 1984 this EP was culled from two singles Beefheart and The Magic Band recorded for A&M in 1966. Produced by David Gates of Bread, the Guitar Man will never sound the same after this, Gates also penned Moonchild. There's no streams of weirdness on show here. This version of the Magic Band rocked..

Justin Sherill:
A fun album to listen to, especially if you are a blues fan. (Diddy Wah Diddy is a Bo Diddley tune.) This album is short, but it's well-produced and good if you are a fan of music of that era.

Graham Johnston:
This mini-album features the biggest, rumblingest blues tunes ever, and contains many pleasing suggestions of what would follow. Great fun.
