E ESTE, TOTALMENTE BLUES, FOI LANÇADO APENAS 26 ANOS DEPOIS, SOMENTE EM 1994!! UM VENENO BLUESEIRO DE ALTA QUALIDADE E QUE SAI UM POUCO DAQUELE BLUES TRADICIONAL!! ALTAMENTE RARO E RECOMENDADO, NÃO SÓ AOS BLUESMANÍACOS, MAS TAMBÉM AOS AMANTES DE UM BOM SOM DA ERA "ROCK N'ROLL GOLDMINE"!!

Mick Hutchison começou a tocar com os Sons of Fred, uma banda de rock selvagem dos anos sessenta, que ele deixou quando começou a mudar seu estilo de tocar guitarra para música indiana!! Apesar de ter ofertas de Moody Blues e Colosseum ele preferia ter suas próprias experiências musicais tocando tabla com SAM GOPAL fazendo blues com um mix de jazz e elementos indianos!! Também excursionou por clubes de Londres com U.F.O. e MIDDLE EARTH!!

Ele se juntaria a Andy Clark, músico e compositor de blues, tecladista e grande vocalista, e Pete Sears no baixo, logo substituído por Walt Monahan!! O grupo seria completado com Franco Franco na bateria!! Em 1968, incentivados por seu empresário, gravaram esse álbum de blues!! As circunstâncias da gravação não eram muito boas e a banda passava as noites em um porão dos prédios de uma revista de música!! Mesmo com todo o esforço não conseguiram assinar o contrato que queriam para o álbum e o mesmo acabou não sendo lançado!!

Trata-se de um grande álbum de blues, em sintonia com os primeiros grupos de blues rock britânicos como Fleetwood Mac, Chicken Shack ou Groundhogs que começavam a explorar novas sonoridades tentando sair das limitações do blues tradicional!!

THIS GUY, DESPITE HAVING BEEN INVITED TO JOIN THE BANDS MOODY BLUES AND COLOSSEUM, PREFERED TO FOLLOW HIS OWN STYLE IN A SOLO CAREER!! HAS PLAYED TABLA WITH SAN GOPAL AND MIXED BLUES AND JAZZ WITH INDIAN ELEMENTS!! THIS WAS TO BE CLARCK HUTCHINSON'S FIRST ALBUM, BUT THE DISCOGRAPHY WAS "A=MH2", WHICH WAS THE FIRST ALBUM RELEASED!! AND THIS ONE, TOTALLY BLUES, WAS RELEASED JUST 26 YEARS LATER, ONLY IN 1994!! HIGH QUALITY AND ESCAPES THOSE TRADITIONAL BLUES!! HIGHLY RARE RECOMMENDED NOT ONLY FOR BLUESMANICS, BUT ALSO LOVERS OF A GOOD SOUND FROM THE "ROCK N'ROLL GOLDMINE" ERA!!

Mick Hutchison started playing with Sons of Fred, a wild rock band from the sixties, which he left when he started to change his guitar playing style to Indian music!! Despite having offers from Moody Blues and Colosseum he preferred to have his own musical experiences playing tabla with SAM GOPAL making blues with a mix of jazz and Indian elements!! He also toured London clubs with U.F.O. and MIDDLE EARTH!!

He would join Andy Clark, blues musician and songwriter, keyboardist and great vocalist, and Pete Sears on bass, soon replaced by Walt Monahan!! The group would be completed with Franco Franco on drums!! In 1968, encouraged by their manager, they recorded this blues album!! The recording circumstances weren't very good and the band spent their nights in a basement of a music magazine building!! Even with all the effort they couldn't sign the contract they wanted for the album and it ended up not being released!!

It is a great blues album, in tune with the first British blues rock groups such as Fleetwood Mac, Chicken Shack or Groundhogs who began to explore new sounds trying to get out of the limitations of traditional blues!!
